Erica is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she completed a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Studio Art, concentrating in Painting and Art Education. She continued her studies at Lesley University for a Masters of Art Education where she refined her printmaking skills.
In her undergraduate career, she had the pleasure of showing in multiple exhibitions. In 2014, her work was selected as part of the Undergraduate Artist Invitational at the Loft Parlor in Easthampton, MA. That fall, she participated in a group exhibition, Creating Herstory, at the Powerhouse in Amherst, MA. Shortly after, she exhibited her thesis work (Self(ish)) in a two-person show at the Augusta Savage Gallery in Amherst, MA.
While living in Boston, she exhibited work in On the Body at Gallery 263 as well as at the New Art Center in Newton, MA. She also participated in the Winter Market at the Harvard Ed Portal.
Currently, she resides in Manhattan and works as an art teacher in Harlem. She continues her painting and printmaking practices on the side.
